Computer sometimes wont boot, but on 2nd or 3rd try it does.

Ever since I made my build, I've had problems with when I turn my computer on, the lights turn on, but it doesn't boot. After a second or more it restarts itself and tries again, usually succeeding, or it tries a 3rd time. Can anyone help?

(System parts list down below)

i have same problem with my PC, when i turn on my pc 1st time in a day it doesnt boot to win7. i need do hard reset 3or 4 times and after pc work just fine 20h in row without problem.
