I bought a cheap Gaming PC from newegg. All the specs are in the "details" tab

Its a great pre-built, but not good enough. It has the space for upgrades, and I bought it planning to upgrade it, but I think some of its parts may be restrictive. I need help and input. The time I have to return the computer is running short, so help me as much as you can in one post.
I want to buy a 7950 3GB (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814131478), since I want better graphical capabilities. It's the only part I want to upgrade, so my question is, is it the only part I HAVE to upgrade.
Will my FX-6100 6-core 3.3ghz Bottleneck this card? If so, how bad? I know this card is highly OC-able, will overclocking it help any if it does bottleneck?
My PSU is an Enermax 450W. The 7950 uses 200W and my CPU uses 95W. I have 2-3 fans in there, equaling probably another 20W. AMD's site recommends having at least 500W PSU for this card. Can I scrape by, or do I need to upgrade my PSU?
Money is a big issue for me, since I just used all of it on computer stuff, so cheapest, but longest lasting part recommendations are appreciated
