Graphic card driver crashes

Hi, currently im using a lenovo y500
at first everything is going fine until one day the graphic card driver keeps on crashing everytime i want to play games.eventhough my laptop can support that game even in ultra settings.so i edit something on the regedit to fix that as suggested by someone. now, everytime i tried to charge the laptop while the laptop is on, the screen flickers endlessly until i removed the charger and then it displays the graphic card driver has crashed and now has recovered messages. i really dont know what to do now.PLEASE help me... i updated the driver for so many times but this still happens...

my laptop specs(only 2 weeks old)
intel i7
12gb ram
nvidia gt650m sli
win 8 home premium 64 bit
nvidia driver ver 307.64(updated to 320.18 ver but reverted back to stock ver)

  1. You should have not changed those settings. You may need to put your repair CD or Windows 8 CD and run the repair tool to get the laptop working again
