HD 7950 CrossFireX is more powerful than a single GTX 770. If you already have a HD 7950, do you really need a second one?

Are all the other components the same in the two builds? I find it hard to believe that only the GPUs are different amongst the two pre-built computers.

I live in New Zealand and GTX 770 is extremely overpriced at the moment around 800 nz dollars and that is why they are around the same price at the moment but, on second look it still 150 nz dollars cheaper to go for single but is the dual card worth the extra?

Are these used builds? Also, what PSU make and model are those?

Out of the two, I would choose the first one.

You should definitely ask before purchasing. A crappy PSU is just as costly. It can die very easily and cannot handle stress well. And if and when it does die, it can also kill your other components, forcing your to replace it all.

what's a good make? does that matter when it comes with 3 year warranty?

Seasonic, XFX, Corsair (TX, HX, AX), Antec, PC Power & Cooling.

And unless the 3-year warranty also covers the bill for the rest of your components, I wouldn't care for it.
