im going to buy a new system and i wanna ask:will an i5-3470 bottleneck the asus gtx 650 ti boost, I will be playing on 1920X1080 resolution.
thanks in advance.

Solution

In demanding titles, both the 7850 1gb and 650ti boost will most likely run out of their processing power before reaching 1gb vram usage ( yet there are some exceptions, like GTA4, that requires huge amount of vram for almost nothing due to itself being poorly ported from X360 to the PC ).

I can either get a 1gb sapphire 7850 or an asus gtx 650 ti boost 2gb,
both for the same price, and I wanna use this system for at least 3 years, the 1gb of memory on the HD7850 worries me.
what's your take on it?

I got in to that a little more and I've got a couople questions:
Firstly, whats better:the Galaxy GTX 660(not gc) or the Sapphire hd 7850 2gb,the nvidia one costs 15$ more.
Now secondly, about OverClocking, can you recommend a good, reliable toturial?
and when mean play at 1920x1080 do you mean just play or play on maxed out/very high settings?
