Will it bottleneck?

im going to buy a new system and i wanna ask:will an i5-3470 bottleneck the asus gtx 650 ti boost, I will be playing on 1920X1080 resolution.

i5 3470 won't bottleneck a 650ti boost, but get at least a HD7850 and OC it to play demanding titles at 1920X1080 resolution.

For 1080p you want a better gpu then the 650 ti boost

In demanding titles, both the 7850 1gb and 650ti boost will most likely run out of their processing power before reaching 1gb vram usage ( yet there are some exceptions, like GTA4, that requires huge amount of vram for almost nothing due to itself being poorly ported from X360 to the PC ).

Yes, and OC it to get the higher performance. HD7850 has default core clock of just 830mhz, but can be OC-ed to 1050mhz easily regardless cooler.

I got in to that a little more and I've got a couople questions:
Firstly,whats better:the Galaxy GTX 660(not gc) or the Sapphire hd 7850 2gb,the nvidia one costs 15$ more.
Now secondly,about OverClocking, can you recommend a good,reliable toturial?
and when mean play at 1920x1080 do you mean just play or play on maxed out/very high settings?

If you don't OC then the gtx660 is a bit better, but hd7850 will leads by a big amount if you do. MSI Afterburner is a nice software for OC-ing your VGA. A 7850 only consumes 150w at max, OC counted in. So any good psu with wattage over 400w would do. As for quality : 99% of games can be maxed out in 1080p after OC-ing your card.
