HW monitor and Gigabyte motherboard showing two different CPU voltages...

Which do I trust? I set my voltage for 1.425 in bios but HW monitor is showing 1.376-1.39v. Using a 970a-ud3 with a FX-6350.

  1. The BIOS is more accurate than software.
If you are referring to CPU voltage, then it can change due to CPU throttling.
Most CPUs will change speed and voltage to save power.
Those features can usually be turned off in the BIOS to get more accurate over clocks
