I get 35-60 with my ATI Radeon 4670 (from 2006) on BF3, all low tho. so i think 9800 GT should run a bit better... : /

i also have an athlon x2 245 paired with hd7750 and the bottleneck is not noticeable,i play crysis 2 smoothly at advanced settings, but u would slightly be bottlenecked in games like BF3,nfs the run but it wouldn't be noticeable at higher resolutions like 1600x900,a 9500GT with intel G860 ran nfs the run at 25fps(i saw my friend playing RUN at 25fps),so u can play games like crysis 2 on low specs and u can also O.C your card.....
Note-g860 is more powerful than an athlon x2 245(approx.30-40%)

What's O.C?

O.C means overclocking;just download nvidia inspector software and increase the gpu clock and memory clock as per your choice but at first increase it by 10-20 mhz and see that if your pc is stable i.e.,it does not crashes and then run fraps to see that there is any increase in fps...try it a and keep us updating
