hi

me and my friend are planning to build a gaming desktop. i have a budget of roughly $800... cn any1 suggest a build with the above requirements?

also i read that there was a bundle called AMD never settle: ultra reloaded and i have no idea what this is. but this bundle? came with 8 new games and i was wondering what was included with this bundle and if it is any good

I see no requirements in your post, other than budget and application. However, we cab certainly come up with a build, if you'll answer a few questions:
1: Do you already have an OS, monitor, and peripherals, or will we need to include those in the budget?
2: Where are you purchasing?
3: Will gaming be the only use of the system?

To answer the question about the bundle, I believe that would be the bundle of 8 games which come with the Radeon HD 7990. Quite a nice deal, but given that the card costs more than your total budget, somewhat out of reach.

1 no i do not have a monitor.
2 i am not sure, but would prefer buying online.
3 this desktop will be like a console for me. gaming will not be they ONLY purpose but will definitely be the main intention for my desktop.

I recently got recommended a good build for $835 and its awesome, great bang for your buck. Im sadly and glady not using that build because I am no longer on a budget because my grandpa is paying for it fully instead of my parents. :)

The HD 7990 is a (roughly, varies by specific card) $1,000 graphics card.

@ac130: I always love the look of my own handiwork. That build would be a solid recommendation (particularly since the price of the Source 210 has dropped to $24 at current).
