What should My Voltage Settings Be?

I have an amd fx 6300 and an asus m5a99x evo r2.0 motherboard. I want to overclock it but am confused about whether or not i should set CPU Voltage to offset or should I set the voltage manually? Also if i manual set the voltage should it be the 'CPU manual voltage' or 'CPU/NB manual Voltage' that i should change?

offset's kinda better.
It's been too long since i messed with that type of chip..hmm

All i can remember is..cpu/nb doesn't go as high as previous chips..
and..HT link goes higher..2400-2600
Maybe keep cpu/nb same as ht link.
