I need help with selecting components for my rig
Im going to use this for occasional gaming and study
My budget is $1600 NZD which is $1,237 USD
Components are expensive here so i have to budget what i buy
Please leave feedback!

It appears from your Specs that you know what CPU, VID and SSD you want but those 3 items ate up all your budget and you skimped on all the other other components. What's your budget so we can offer alternatives.

You have several components that IMO should be better if this is a "gaming rig."

Did you consider going with the new Haswell chips + Z87 mobo?

Are you planning on overclocking CPU?
