for 1 month now i try to repaire my PC but nothing, Itry alots of things and this is not working, i have 6 gb of ram. PLZ help me

What's Task manager say for processes using the cpu and ram?

If you want some answers please give us more info.
What components in your computer.
what did you do to try to fix the issue.

First, scan for virus with malware bytes and rogue killer (boot in safe mode if computer us laggy as hell)
Check the windows update, might be having problems there.
If you do ctrl+alt+del, get task manager and check what process is taking all the juice.

ok first My friends come to my house and try to fix it i go on msconfig and try something i really dont no what i does but it work for a time, after that i scan for virus and malware with Avanced system care ultimate, no virus and no malware. I already check for windows update and nothing
i got six GB of ram, GT 420, i got 1tb, intel core i5 processor 2300.
