Not sure about the quality of that PSU but a 6670 doesn't take up much power (75w max) you should be fine. If you wanted something that performs better and would still use the same amount of power the 7750 is the best low power card on the market right now. Performs near a 6770.
HERE IS WHAT I COULD GET ON IBALL SITE ABOUT THE PSU
Mesh Shielding: ATX 20 4 pin main power cable with mesh shielding
Rails: Enhanced dual 12V rails
Cable & Connectors: High quality cables & Connectors
PCB design: A very good PCB design and high quality components enhances the performance of high-speed logic circuits.
High quality FAN: High quality 12cm cooling FAN for heat vent
Transformer: Superior quality transformer for better reliability
Ultra Ventilation: Ultra Ventilation structure of metal casing for better cooling
Electromagnetic Interference: Significantly better EMI wave filtering circuit for higher stability
Rectifier: High quality rectifier circuit converts both polarities of the input waveform to DC (direct current), and is more efficient
