So I have around £500 ($780) to upgrade my PC and I was wondering what parts I should get. (Baring in mind I will need to get an OS, Motherboard and Case)

Motherboard - M2N68-LA
CPU - Amd Athlon X4 640
Ram - 4GB DDR3 (2x2gb)
Hard Drive - 500GB (Not really interested in upgrading)
GPU - GTX 550 TI
PSU - 550 Watt Antec
Case - Stock HP case
