So I have built a gaming PC. I need oppinions on it and if you can keep it the same price and improve something please write it down.

Motherboard: Asus s1155 P8Z77-V LX2
HDD : Seagate 1TB 7200RPM
DVD burner: Samsung SH-224BB
Case: Coolermaster 690 II Advanced 3.0 ( which because of a price bug i bought for 10$ :D )
PSU: Corsair TX650W V2.31
CPU: i5 3570k
CPU cooler : Coolermaster Hyper 212 EVO
DDR3: don't know exact name but 8GB of 1600MHZ
GPU: Sapphire Radeon HD 7950 Vapor X OC

So is it good? If not what should i change (note must stay same price)?

First of all, great choice in terms of GPU; that Vapor-X 7950 is a spectacular card. As a motherboard, just get the Gigabyte Z77X UD3H motherboard, as it is of higher quality (in my opinion) than the Asus board. I would try to get an OCZ Vertex 60 GB SSD (to store your OS on), as it will provide you extremely fast boot times. Also, for your price, get the Corsair HX750 PSU.
On a seperate note, what is the exact model of your RAM, and what did it cost you/will it cost you?

First of all thank you for an quick response. The Gigabyte motherboard is about 400KN more expensive (40 pounds in UK because I live in Croatia. So please look for prices of ~700KN on this site: www.nabava.hr.
Then the PSU is yet again around 300Kn or 30 pounds more expensive than TX650 one. As of ram it is Kingston 1600MHZ dd3 ram.

Honestly, everything looks great, though RAM specification would be nice, as there is some variation in price for 8GB 1600 RAM, and you can get some for cheaper without really sacrificing any performance. Other than the RAM specs, your build is looking great, and yes, good choice of GPU (have fun with your free games!).
