Is PNY GTX 770 a good gpu compared to other gtx 770s?

I understand that the gtx 770 is fairly new... but I saw a PNY gtx 770 enthusiast edition on the Best Buy website and wondering if it is as good quality as the other brands. I knew that newegg or tiger would be a better deal for gpus in general, but i have a ton of rewards points that I want to use... so I would like to get a gpu at best buy. I know that msi and evga are more preferred brands... but I want to know is there anything really i should worry about PNY or this particular card. I just dont have much experience with PNY so that is why i am asking.

You want to make sure it's that model with 3 fans, not the one in the photo with only one blower-type fan. I checked the PNY website, and it looks like they are using the single fan blower type heatsink for that photo as well. Having written that, the 3 fan cooler shown on Best Buy could very well be the model that they are selling. The normal plastic single-fan blower heatsink is simply not used on the GTX 770, so it's a bit confusing.

PNY has a lifetime warranty, so that's good.

PNY is a good OEM, and I have their version of the GTX 470. Buit I did mod it out with the Zalman aftermarket cooler, because the reference version, IMO provided inferior cooling and more noise. However, tha design that you are looking at seems to avoid that issue. So I recommend that you go for the model at Bestbuy over the one at Newegg.

Thanks guys... I will make sure that I get the one with three fans.... I am not gonna get for a couple of months probably in case they get some evga cards... I noticed that the evga cards run a little higher memory and frequency, so they perform a little better. But if Best Buy will only have the three fan pny, ill get that one. Thank again for the help.
