This is my build...

Intel core i7 3770k 3.5
Asus Maximus V extreme lga 1155
Corsair Dominator Platinum 2133hz 2x4gb (8gb)
and my case Cooler Master HAF 932
1TB HDD Western Digital Caviar Black

I want a great video card for my PC.. as you guys can see i went a little 2 much on my pc im an enthuasiastic gamer and I want a very good video card for my build any suggestions?

From AMD get at least a 7950 or 7970.. God forbid you get a 7990. From Nvidia, get at least a 780 or Titan.

Also, I suggest getting an SSD as a boot drive and use your mechanical hard drive for storage. You'd be surprised how many times people confuse a sluggish or slow computer with other components other than a failing hard drive. If you're spending that much you might as well protect your investment and really upgrade to a high end computer.

interpret things better, the parts he listed is what he already has. He is asking for a suitable gfx card for that build.

@ OP- 780/Titan for Nvidia or 7950/70 GHZ editions for AMD.

Haha dude.. I'm telling you what to get here. These are what you need:

AMD: 7950, 7970
Nvidia: 670, 680, 770, 780

I lean on the side of AMD though.

I've seen the 680 and that's the one I am really starting to like.... but is the 670 like the 680? like almost the same?
