Is this a good gaming pc build?

This is my first time to ever build a computer, and I've only spent a few days on the build, and plan to spend many more before i make a final decision on all of the components, but here it is so far.

Motherboard: ASRock H77M Micro ATX LGA1155

Memory (RAM): Crucial Ballistix 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600

Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive

Graphics Card: Sapphire Radeon HD 7970 GHz Edition 3GB

Case: NZXT Tempest 210 ATX Mid Tower

Everything's good except that mouse, logitech use whats called predictive lenses that force left and right movements instead of having full fluid movements when aiming. Try razer or steel series
