Ram Frequencies for Haswell

Sorry for asking such a dumb question. I'm building my first gaming pc with 4770k and ASUS Z87 Pro MOBO. I'm stuck with which ram I should go for as there are tons of ram available. I want to buy rams that are fully compatible with haswell processor as well as fit in 1150 MOBO.

Please help and advice.

Is AX760 a good PSU from Corsair??? Thanks

Is 1866 Mhz ram worth it? As I'm aware of, Sandy Bridge uses 1333, and Ivy uses 1600. Therefore, according to that sequence, should Haswell be supportive with 1866 Mhz?

I think Haswell still uses 1600, but 1866 I don't think would necessarily hurt it.

As far as that PSU goes - the AX760 is supposed to be a good unit, but the iLink software is kinda gimmicky from the reviews I've read, I would suggest something from PC Power & Cooling or Seasonic.
