Definitely sure they are not better.

You listed a 6670. Not a GTX660. There is a big difference.

The wattage calculator in pcpartpicker absolutely work well,
Bronze certified PSU is at least you should get so the wattage calculated, you can use as reference.
Hey, if you are overclocker, the wattage calculator might work when you choose gold/platinum certified PSU or plus 100-200 watt(this way is safer) to avoid unwanted scenario in your system build.
