How much power HD 4650 use?

Hi all,i read that this card use max 59W,but in some rewiews it write 150-200W.
Is it all components in pc use soo much power or just graphic card?

ht4u.net's power consumption measurements for the Palit Radeon HD 4650 Super Plus (i.e. for the graphics card only):

Furmark: 34.2 Watts

Gaming: 32.3 Watts

Idle: 12.8 Watts
