My gpu temp is hitting 75C while on 70% fan speed-2800RPM

Wrong - if your computer has an overheating issue you dont just avoid it, you deal with it.

Any computer should be able to run any number of tasks without question or worry of issues like overheating.

In this case the temps (LOAD temps) are still in the OK zone.

that temp posted is the heat on the processor on the video card. it does not register the heat on the video cards power circuitry....... where a lot of these heat problems come from/.

now, if the OP wants to pull the PS and lay it outside the case to experiment whether or not it would make a difference..............

Get a can of compressed air and do a VERY THOUROUGH job of cleaning the case, open the thing up and spray in there till it's clean. Get inside the fins of the heatsink on the GPU/CPU and blow air through the PSU, etc. Do this when powered down so you don't mess up your fans.

Check to make sure the CPU is securely mounted.

Verify fans work

Anything else you can think of, check it.
