Do I have a sound card Dell

... uhm, you want to give us more detail than "it's a dell"?

That being said, I can pretty much tell you that if you're asking if you have a proper sound card, you don't. What you have is onboard sound - a little integrated chip that can do basic tasks.

Also, why are you hooking your speakers to your monitor instead of the computer? That could be part of why they sound fuzzy.

Disconnect the monitor audio from the front jack. Often, something connected to the front will turn off the one in the back.
