Need cheap graphics card

I updated from VGA monitor to an HDMI monitor and I need a graphics card that will work well so I can play my games like Batman and I am hoping it can be able to play games like Arkham Origins when it comes out my pricing point right now is at 100-140 I have my eyes on this graphics card http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814161427 but don't know if its going to work well

u can get a hd7790 1gb for 139$;then why are u going for hd7750?what psu do u have?if u have a cheap psu.then hd7750 is the best choice
