SATA cable confusion...

I am ordering my parts for my PC build. The last thing I am trying to find is a SATA cable. I needed 3. 2 are coming with my motherboard. So I need 1 more. I will be using a Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB HDD, a Samsung 840 Pro series 128GB SSD and a random optical drive. So whats the best SATA cable for me to use? Are there certain ones that are better/faster?

Monster brand, oxygen infused. With the HD strain relief 270 degree ends.
But be sure to get the left hand twist (right hand if you live in the Southern hemisphere).

Seriously, though. Whatever from Monoprice will work.
