I am stuck in the boot up loop

I just replaced the Motherboard and CPU on my desktop and now when I start it up it freezes on the splash art for the boot up then asks me if I want to start up in repair mode. What should I do to fix this issue?

Unfortunately, after a Motherboard replacement it is almost always necessary to reinstall Windows if the Motherboard is not the exact same as the previous. This is due to the new Motherboard using new drivers for nearly everything including (but not limited to) the SATA controllers and chipset.

Okay thank you. However what do I do if I don't have the disc for installing Windows 7 onto it?(I bought it prebuilt). Would I be able to keep my personal files?
