I have just started overclocking my CPU. I have the voltage at 1.4v and the clock at 4.3ghz. When I run Intel burn test it is stable and runs at around 50-55 degrees Celsius. However, when I turn up my clock to 4.4ghz and I try and run Intel burn test again, my computer freezes and I must restart. From what I have heard, I should be getting around 4.5ghz at 1.4v easily with a 212 evo push/pull. Any suggestions on what might be going wrong? My motherboard is an ASRock Extreme3 990fx. Thanks :)

Thanks for the help, it actually turned out I had TOO MUCH voltage, and the cpu was shutting down because it went over 62 degrees. I couldn't tell it was doing this because it crashed before I saw it went over 62 degrees. Now I have managed 4.7ghz at 1.350v. I am very happy with my overclock :D

Damn that's nice. I am getting 4.7 with a little less voltage with a hyper 212 evo in push/pull :p
