This is all wrong. You have selected an APU. Never pair an APU with a GPU. They are meant for cheap computers with no GPU.

Get an fx-6300 and an am3+ motherboard.

Get 1600mhz RAM

Raidmax is one of the worst PSU companies that exists. Stick with Corsair, Seasonic, Antec, XFX. 550w will be plenty here.

no point getting fm2 socket if your getting a dedicated graphics card. get a faster fx6300 and an am3+ board for the same price as the cpu and mobo you picked. Also stay away from radimax PSU's they are cheap and nasty. that so called 730w psu will perform like a 400w psu. Stick to good brands like antec, corsair, seasonic or xfx of around 500w. You could also go with cheaper RAM with no performance hit.

edit: you beet me to it tiny. I like your reasoning lol.

The FX-6300 or the FX-8120, FX 6350?
Also which ram and motherboard would you suggest?

either the 6300 or the 6350. the 8120 is the old bulldozer architecture, which sucks for gaming. Get whatever motherboard has all the features you want. If you want to overclock look for something with more power phases and heatsinks on the vrm's. http://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/970%20Pro3/ that is a great budget motherboard. not the greatest for overclocking. but how much more are you willing to spend to squeeze a couple hundred more MHz from your cpu? you could just spend more money on the cpu in the first place.
