Hello. This is how it all started off.
I have a gigabyte 9500 GT 1gb, it worked perfectly the day i was moving houses. I packed the tower in a box and did not open it for about 1 month time. When I opened the Box the GPU was unseated, i put it back into the slot turned on my computer i got an error on my screen, forced shut down my computer and turned it on and never got a display on that card ever again.

To make sure my PCI-E slot did not get broken, i put in a 7300GT and worked very good once I downloaded the drivers.

I plugged in my 9500GT into a friends computer with horrid display, colours were all messed up and sometimes froze and screen blacked out, sometimes loaded in desktop then froze.

I was using a 250W PSU on the 9500GT for a while now never had any problems what so ever. It worked 100% the night i powered down my computer and packed it. (I know my PSU is crap but i never had any problems with it) my on board GPU also works.

Could my GPU got damaged during the move? or is it my PSU

EDIT: i did not read that error it was a message on the screen and there was a BEEP from my computer, not sure how many though could be a clue to what's wrong.

tried it with a 750W picture distorted lines everywhere on screen, sometimes it freezes on boot, sometimes it makes it to the desktop, all on my friends computer

Your GPU is definitely damaged. It was not seated when you checked it again, so it fell due to vibration or it fell a good height. The pins on that GPU are damaged, I would bet on that. Sorry to hear that. You should've removed your CPU cooler, and GPU when moving.

TBH i never knew you should take it out, i guess the fault lies in me. and by PINS what do you mean?

Not like the pins on the CPU, but the gold ones that comes into contact with your mobo. It should be removed bro. Imagine how tight that is, then it became unseated when you checked it after moving. So...... a lot of force/vibration came in to play to remove your GPU on your mobo.
