The memory I purchased should have worked but, it has not. The memory shows up in the BIOS and the boot menu showing me the 8GB. When I load windows 7 it says. Loading windows 7 and the logo never pops up. Then colorful bars appear at the top of the screen and it stays there. I tried to do a windows repair but it has the loading bar for loading the windows files and stays there. I could really use your help. Thank you.

The RAM I had still works and am currently using is pictured here: http://i.imgur.com/t5D2juR.jpg

Hello,:hello:

As per the specification of the new memory, the memory looks compatible. The real question is does your system supports 8GB of memory or if it does support does it take single 4GB module? Let me know your laptop or All-in-One computer model number.

Try these:
Install a single 4GB module in the first and see if it boots fine. Repeat with the next module. Let me know what you are encountering. Do you hear beeps sounds(other than a single beep which denotes successful POST)? Also update your BIOS before you try the above process.

Let me know how it goes. Good luck:sourire:
