How to install 2nd hard drive in NAS(NSA320)?

Hi guys, I have a 2 bay NSA320 NAS that currently only has 1 3tb drive. I just got a 2nd 3 tb and installed it into the box but it isn't being seen when I'm managing/logging into the device. Does anybody know how I can get it to be recognized/installed so I can use it?

So it's not showing on the Storage Screen and you can not create a new volume?

Okay so it jsut recognized the drive but now it won't let me create a RAID1 it just lets me create JBOD.

To create a raid1 (mirrored) both drives need to be empty. Delete the volume on drive1 ( all data lost) and it will let you.
