I'll make this short. What are the chances of getting a bad PSU right off the shelf? I bought a Thermaltake power supply from Best Buy and right from the get -go it started to power cycle on and off. I know it's not the motherboard or anything on it because when I hook the old PSU back up it runs flawlessly. I called Thermaltake and they said they think it's a bad PSU, but if I got a bad one I'm surprised that it would cycle up in the first place instead of just being flat out dead.
