Hello, I'm from small city of Brazil and I got a 1mbps ADSL connection (D: 120kb/s | U: 40kb/s) because it's all I can afford (I'm paying US$38 per month, monopoly :S). As the connection speed is low, I would like that you help me find a way to set the priority of the connection speed (I would like to give priority to Google Chrome and to my online games), because they don't use all the speed of my internet as I can see. When watching videos on YouTube I can see that the download speed goes to ~90kb/s then just drops to ~20kb/s causing the video to stop to buffer (when I checked that I had nothing open using bandwitdh on background). I've some programs that forces the priority of the internet (using aTube Catcher I can download the videos from YouTube at ~110kb/s, but it's unhandy to download all the videos that I want watch. I'm also using Internet Download Manager, with it I'm able to download at ~110kb/s too). I tried to use ASRock X-Fast Lan, but it didn't seem to help (or I didn't know how set it up). Is there any program that can help me? I would be really thankful if you help me
If this matter anyway: I got ASRock Z77 Extreme4 motherboard
