I'm trying to determine the best SSD for a very busy web server / MySQL server that does around 450GB/day in writes.
I originally purchased the Intel 520 480G SSD's (4xRAID-10) but now that I'm looking at it, I'm not sure they are really meant to be online 24/7 and constantly writing.
Looking at Intel's SSDs:
http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/solid-state-drives/solid-state-drives-ssd.html?iid=subhdr+products_flash
They have a "Datacenter" model which is the S3500 which looks to be more geared towards what I'm trying to do, but I'm concerned about it only having a write IOPS of 11,000 compared to the 520 which has a write IOPS of 80,000.
Anyone have any recommendations on what SSD for what I'm trying to accomplish here?
