I won't be SLI'ing any time in the next 5 years so i think ill be alright on that respect but ill certainly look into one with more SATA 3 and USB 3. Any reccomendations?

Based on your board, i really dont think you can do lot of overclocking, its pretty limited on that board. That said, you can drop the Noctua NH-D14. You can probably have Hyper Evo or Megahalems if you want to spend much. Its effective and looks cool with 2 corsair sp120 push pull.

For the PSU, i would highly recommend Seasonic X 650w. It's considered flawless 650psu on Hardware Secrets recommending it over the Corsair 650w plus its cheaper by the way.

Your video is all good... no need to change that...

Well that's all i could advice...

Now that board is more capable than the previously listed. Change you pSU, make it 600 or 650 if your planning to OC, better to have more headroom than nothing.
