My parts for my build are starting to come in, and I am building my rig!
However, I do live in Rochester, NY next to Lake Ontario and have my isp: Time Warner Cable.
I use Time Warner's modem and use a trendnet router that's dual band.
I always played games and lagged because of the internet connection being bad. Should I get a new isp, new modem, new router, or should I just start using a wired connection? My ping sometimes goes into 200! My download speeds and upload speeds also suck
***Is there any good in depth guide to this networking stuff, it really seems complicated***
