Getting a new motherboard for switching to intel, but I'm not sure what's compatible with my case.

It is compatible. This case can accommodate any ATX mainboard.

Yes, the motherboard will fit. You can tell by looking for the word "ATX", which is the form factor. You have an ATX case, and are getting an ATX motherboard, so they are compatible with each other.
