It will be hard to play bf4 with that setup even with Titan SLI. Maybe on low or medium with some decent GPU but you clearly have CPU and RAM bottleneck.
Sorry, but I had to say it.

It will cost more for entir build and I say you need something like A8/ A10 without dedicated GPU and i3 with dedicated GPU.

Depends on budget man.
If lower then
i3 3220
8GB ram
hd 7750/7770
asus p8b75
cx 430
cant tell about HDD, depends on your needs
random case
dvd drive
(note that I could go lower but this is to get most almost all games playable)

higher budget

i5 3470 (3570k if OCing)
8GB ram
gtx 660/7870 tahiti le/hd 7950 (7950 should be best of this but more expensive)
Asus p8b75 (asrock/asus Z77 for OC)
cx600 PSU
Case with good airflow/ extra fans
DVD player
Random HDD (recomend 64mb, 7200rpm 1-2tb for all builds)
(EVO 212 for OCing)

Could play almost all games maxed with nice frames.

Cheapest build
A8- 5600K
8GB ram
mobo (am3+ I think) (cant help here, contact amd fanboy)
HDD (recomend one in previous build)
random case
DVD player
cx430 PSU
(dont know if fan comes with CPU)

This can play about all indie games and a lot (not all (not crysis or bf3)) professional games with little worse graphics (not high end games) and little lower settings (low). Dont expect high frame rates.

All I can do :)
Tell me which one.
