Also 5 year warranty on Phanteks (Noc has just 1) and it doesn't have that fugly color scheme that the Noc has

Then I agree with you. I would prefer the Phanteks PH-TC14PE_BK. Visually, it looks better and I from personal experience, I find that the Phanteks is actually better.

I have a Silver Arrow build ..... quietest one I ever had. Decibel meter show nothing astounding but from subjective standpoint it must be in a frequency range that is much less bothersome
