In most cases no there wont be in the few cases of cpu intensive games like starcraft and rts games yes

With bf3 and 4 you will not be bottlenecked but dont expext max settings

How Can I achieve max settings lol. My monitor is 1680x1050

In bf3 you should get max settings with no AA. The 660 is not a premium card by any means
