Don't Receive Disk Space After Uninstalling

Hello, I currently only have an SSD 120GB and had Sim City and GTA: 4 installed on it. I had 10GB remaining. Today I decided to uninstall both of them and my total remaining was only 14GB. Each one of those games was 15GB so why didn't I receive my remaining space? Thank you.

That still shouldn't take up 110GB.
WinDirStat or similar will tell you where the missing space is.

I have one more game and I have windows updates. I have 8GB of ram and I run CCleaner every week to get some extra space. Whenever I uninstall something now I just receive a fraction of the space back.
