Advice on home server build

I am asking for advice on this server build:

Case: Lian Li PC-Q25B
PSU: Silverstone ST45SF-G 450W Modular
Motherboard: Intel DBS1200KPR
Processor: Intel Xeon E3-1225 V2
RAM: Kingston 8gb ECC Unbuffered DDR3 1333
HDD: 2tb Hdd I have laying around

Later Upgrades:
HDD: 5 x Western Digital Red 3tb

That is precisely what it means. I dont plan on buying any of the hard drives when i first purchase the server. At first i plan on using a 2tb drive that i have laying around. The server is going to run CentOS and will be used as a:

1) Media Server/streaming
2) Web server
3) Game servers
4) possible transcoding

P.S. Would you reccomend Raid?
