Unable to boot in normal mode.

Hey everyone, wondering if anyone could help me out here with my laptop. When I try login to normal mode, it either freezes on the welcome screen (after login) or takes me to a completely black screen, sometimes with a cursor and sometimes without. I'm able to boot up in safe mode and safe mode with networking, and I've done a full anti-virus scan, as well as a malwarebytes scan which have both found nothing.

I'd appreciate any help!

Have you installed anything prior to this happening? One option would be to run MSCONFIG while in safe mode and check to see what programs/processes are running on startup. One of them could be the issue. Be careful though, you don't want to disable any critical services. If you aren't sure what it is then you best bet is do a web search to find out what it is before you disable it.
