You are spending alot of money on the new components. You really need 8gb of RAM for your system to operate at maximum potential. Get8gb from corsair, crucial, kingston). Also, I would not put a $49 mobo in your build. THink about these:

GIGABYTE GA-Z77X-D3H LGA 1155 Intel Z77 $144
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

ASUS P8Z77-V LE LGA 1155 Intel Z77 $139
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

PSU choices:

Rosewill CAPSTONE-550 550W Continuous @ 50°C, Intel Haswell Ready, 80 PLUS GOLD, ATX12V $79
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

CORSAIR GS600 600W $79
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

Rosewill HIVE Series HIVE-650 650W $69
