Hey Guys,
I'm thinking of making a new gaming computer this summer and I have no idea if the components I'm choosing to buy are any good. Anyways here is what I'm considering of buying:

CPU: i5 3570k processor

Mobo: Asrock extreme 4 z77

Case: Cooler Master ATX CM690 II advanced Nvidia edition

Video Card: Sapphire HD 7770 1GB w28-bit GDDR5 PC

Ram: Corsair vengeance 8GB (2X4 GB) 240-Pin DDr3 SDRam DDR3 1600

Fan: Cooler Master Hyper 212 plus

Optical Drive from my dell dimension 9200

Internal hard drive: Western Digital WD Green WD10EARS 1TB 5400 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5

OS: Windows 8 Pro

I want to OC my CPU up to 4.0 GHZ however I'm not familiar with OCing and also i don't know what power supply i should get for this build and I would like to know if there is anything I should change in this build its mostly for playing wow and BF or COD in the future I'd like it to play 60FPS atleast for ultra settings in wow.

Replace board with Z87 version and CPU with i5 4670K.
As for the PSU, get any branded 650W PSU and you're good to go. I prefer Corsair personally.

Also that drive will underperform as a system drive, you should get WDC Blue at the very least.

One more thing, if you want to play BF3/4 at decent settings, replace 7770 with the 7790, it's almost 50% faster and only marginally more expensive.
