I was wondering if my computer is capable of running 2 GTX 780's in SLI and if I would need more cooling. I am running Windows 7 Professional.
My PC's base hardware:

Case: Corsair 650D
Current GPU: GTX 780
Corsair Hydro H100 CPU Liquid Cooler
Processor: Intel i5 3570k overclocked to 4.0 ghz
Motherboard: ASUS Sabertooth Intel Z77
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8GB DDR3 1600MHz x2
Power Supply Unit: Corsair Professional Series 850W PSU

I have the stock rear fan and front fan and always have them on their top speed would you guys recommend changing those out? If so any recommendations would be appreciated!

You'll want to overclock your processor higher, try for 4.4 or 4.5. But other than that, good to go.

Also if you have cards with the Titan-esque coolers its pointless putting your even spinning up your exhaust fans since none of the heat goes there.

Here is Guru3D's power supply recommendation:

GeForce GTX 780 - On your average system the card requires you to have a 550 Watt power supply unit.
GeForce GTX 780 2-way SLI - On your average system the cards require you to have a 800 Watt power supply unit as minimum.
GeForce GTX 780 3-way SLI - On your average system the cards require you to have a 1200 Watt power supply unit as minimum.

If you are going to overclock your GPU or processor, then we do recommend you purchase something with some more stamina.

Review sites show 2x Titan and 3960x pulling 600w, he's fine.
