I'm planning on selling my homebuilt system here within a couple months and wanted to know y'alls opinion on how much I should be asking for the total package.

The specs are as follows:
- i5-760(2.8ghz) overclocked to 4.0 ghz with CM Hyper 212 Plus CPU cooler
- Thermaltake Armor A90 case
- Asus P7P55-LX motherboard
- Sapphire Radeon HD 6950 2GB flashed to a 6970
- OCZ ModXStream Pro 700W power supply
- Corsair XMS3 4GB (2 x 2GB)
- Samsung Spinpoint F3 1TB
- LITE-ON 24X DVD Writer
- Windows 7 64-bit
- Logitech MK710 (mouse and keyboard combo)
- Acer S231HLbid 23" monitor
- Razer Carcharias gaming headset

I initially got the parts for a total of $1400 and from what I've heard, a general rule of thumb is to sell at about 80% of buying price (computer is in great condition and works flawlessly).

I was thinking of asking around $1000 for everything.

What you guys think?

(New to the forums so any help would be greatly appreciated:))

1000 is a great price with all the peripherals included, however more often than not, people will already have a keyboard and mouse, screen, or other periphs. It would probably be a lot easier for you to sell your gear if you separated the computer from the devices. For example: Sell the computer for 700-750, the screen for 150-200, the keyboard and mouse combo for 50-75, and the headset for 40-60. That way, you probably won't sell everything at once, but it will sell a lot faster.
