Hi! I'm pulling my hair out and hoping someone could help.
I've had my Razer Naga for over a year now without issue, but last week it started getting stuck in the top left corner of my PC screen. I assumed it had finally died, but it worked fine with my laptop, which I discovered AFTER going and getting a new Death Adder (that'll teach me not to try every option first). After a day it started working fine on my PC again as well.
Last night the same problem started again so I plugged the death adder in only to have the same problem. Occasionally if I pressed one of the side buttons on the death adder it would fix itself briefly only to get stuck again.
I'm assuming its a software issue as they both work fine on my other devices. I've tried uninstalling synapse as well as updating the drivers with no success. Any help would be amazing!!
