Every time I restart my computer and boot it up it shows that my graphics card is using "vbx.exe" Apparently it makes my computer extremely laggy and slow and the only way to get rid of it is if I open my task manager which then crashes my GPU. Even though it's fixed afterwards with my GPU still working, I need to keep task manager on for it not to come back. Is there a way to fix this?

After Google'ing "vbc.exe" the first two links may provide some form of help: link 1 link 2. Start with the information there and see if you can't find a solution. :)

I can't find a solution. If I try to delete or at least rename it says I need permission from "TrustedInstaller"

Do you have some sort of antivirus installed? Avast, Kaspersky, ...? If you do, then run a full scan of your computer. If you don't, that's bad and you need to download on immediately.
