it does not matter if the settings are low or ultra, I just built this computer and booted it up a few hours ago and the game is just unplayable, drivers are 320.18 Nvidia

CPU= 3570k
GPU= EVGA GTX670 2gb
RAM= 8gb

It is unlikely it will every kill a card. There are only a handful of victims, which makes it uncertain to be a driver issue. That said, it is probably safest you do use another driver.

Does this problem you have exist in any other game? Can you post benchmarks from 3dmark11?
