Need help with getting a new motherboard

Hi

I'm upgrading my MOBO for a Phenom ii x4 965 125 watt CPU. I was looking at the ASRock N68C-GS FX because of its low price, but then I realized its cons (no support for 125 watt CPU, no pci-express 2.0/3.0, bad nvidia chip, low FSB) .

My question is: What's a good MOBO for the $50+- range that can do:am3/am3+, 125 CPU capable, pci-express 2.0/3.0, ddr3 1333 (capable of 8 gigs), and an IDE port (I'm still using my IDE HDD)
